Empowering underrepresented artists -

We aim to harness the transcendent qualities of art in service of people, community and their power and self-determination. The power to tell your own stories, the power to build mutually beneficial relationships and the power to create networks and institutions that reflect and represent your needs.

Supporting Underrepresented Artists

APE is committed to supporting artists from diverse backgrounds, providing them with the resources and platform they need to succeed and build legacy.

02.

Art as Social Justice

We believe that art has the power to transform, strengthen, and embolden communities.  APE is dedicated to using art as a tool for social justice and positive change.

03.

Community Bridging

At Art Power Equity, we aim to build bridges between generations, communities, and regions of southern California and the nation through art.

04.

Art Advisory

Our art advisory services are designed to expose new audiences to art and expand the reach of underrepresented groups into new arenas, fields, and communities.

  HIGHLIGHTS

APE facilitated the San Diego Museum of Art acquisition of Jean Cornwell Wheat's painting "Out of the Fire IV".  This acquisition highlights our mission of supporting and highlighting legacy artists.
